Our smile shows other people that we are friendly.

If a stranger approaches you, makes eye contact with you, and then offers you a broad smile, you will have a reasonably good idea that he is being friendly and will certainly not hurt you.

On the other hand, we would find it much more challenging to offer confidence to the stranger who has a frown or hostile face features.

A smile can make people happy.

When someone treats you with a smile, even a stranger, you usually smile back.

At that moment, you enjoy a flash of positive communication without saying a word. When walking through a busy area, such as the main street, you can do this hundred of times in a short period.

When you smile at someone who is not yet smiling, and they smile back, you bring a moment of happiness into their life, which, who knows, may last all day.

Smiling is contagious. When you spend a lot in the company of someone who smiles a lot, you will soon find that his smile begins to disappear on you.

It is difficult not to return the smile; most of us do this on a subliminal level, without thinking.

Smiling can make you popular. What kind of person do you prefer?

A person with a tired and listless face. An expression that can reflect your inner thoughts of boredom and worry?

Or would you choose someone who is always smiling and shows that he has a great passion for life? I think for most of us, the choice would be obvious! Smiling can help you make new friends.

Likewise, few of us would choose a miserable person as a friend. Let’s face it; we all want someone cheerful, happy, and cheerful. Usually, a smile is returned.

When someone smiles back at you, you feel good inside. You have just made a short but very positive communication, and possibly the first step in the process of meeting or making friends with someone new.

Smiling makes you positive and happy inside. When you smile, it is difficult to feel unhappy, hurtful, or sad in any way. Smiling gives enthusiasm and motivation; it also forms habits. A smile makes you look much more attractive.

You don’t see many celebrities or media personalities who are not smiling, because if you did, it is reasonably sure that your popularity would start to fall quickly!

Smiling also helps to make you memorable for others! Did you notice that smiling people are often much more unique than those who are not?

It is a fact that you are three times more likely to remember the person who is smiling at the person who has negative or neutral features. More importantly, smiling is good for your health!

When you are smiling, you find that everything you are doing is much more comfortable.

It releases the stress, worry, and tension that you may have accumulated throughout the day. In the long run, developing a smile habit will be one of the smartest things you can do to improve most aspects of your life.

The effects of the smile can last for hours. Whatever the problems and challenges you have in your life, temporarily smiling puts you in a safe place.

For a while, you forget about problems and become positive, and while you are in a positive state, you have much more potential and power to move forward and improve your life.

Smiling is FREE! You will never run out of smiles, and you will always have enough for everyone.

When you weigh the positive points of smiling, it is an obvious decision to smile a lot more and share them with as many people as possible. This may come as a surprise, but your attitude is more important than your ability to determine your success in life!

How critical is an attitude towards achievement?

Well, take a look at one of the greatest inventors of the past two hundred years – Thomas Edison. Each time you turn on a light switch, you experience the result of your persistence in the face of continued failure.

Edison tried 10,000 times to make his invention of the lamp to get to work but failed every time. However, he had that to say about his lack of success. “I didn’t fail. I just found 10,000 ways that don’t work.”

You can learn to have this kind of outlook on life, but it needs to be intentionally installed in your daily life.

You probably know that it takes about 21 days to break a habit by replacing it with a new one.

If persistent negative thoughts about life plague you, you can change that mindset with a new positive attitude practice! Here is a program to change a negative attitude to a positive one.

Take control of what you are thinking. This is a decision every moment that does not happen overnight.

It is a habit that will take some time to build. How can you do that?

Choose to have uplifting thoughts rather than discouraging ones. You decide what you think, which in turn determines how you feel. Be aware of this and focus on positive ideas throughout the day.

At first, you may have to strive to find something positive. Consider keeping a journal and writing at least one good thing in your life each day for three weeks.

Then, think of those blessings instead of discouraging thoughts.

During this training period, fill your mind with good ideas. The best book to read is that priceless diamond in world literature – the Bible.

You will never know what beautiful reading results are around the corner until you open your covers!

In the coming days, make an extra effort to help others.

Focusing on helping others will help you more than you think. If you manage to become rich but don’t respect your relationships, you will not be genuinely prosperous!

Therefore, make a special effort to focus on others during the days when you are building your new positive attitude habit.

This will set you free to allow the butterfly of happiness to land on your shoulder when you least expect it. Take care of your health needs. It is challenging to maintain a positive attitude if you neglected your physical needs.

Therefore, during the days of your attitude retraining, make an extra effort to eat nutritionally balanced meals. Not getting enough sleep will also be a significant obstacle, so make sure you get adequate rest.

And don’t forget to get enough exercise. When you feel down, try taking a brisk 30-minute walk.

You will feel revived! In the coming days, focus on what you have and not what you don’t have. Live in the present and enjoy your blessings.

Try to forget to buy things to keep up with others. This only leads to more anxiety.

Be grateful for what you have. When going through difficult experiences – remember that adversity can be a blessing in disguise. You can learn some important lessons during these difficult times – as Thomas Edison did.

These lessons can become credentials that will allow you to help others when they are going through difficult times.

So don’t let negativity ruin your present and future. Instead, create a new habit of having a positive attitude.

It will take about 21 days to start seeing consistent changes in your thinking, but it will be worth it!

ow choose the start date for your attitude renewal adventure and go for it! How about today?
