The original series from The CW, ‘Batwoman’, returns from its holiday hiatus this Sunday (19) and the inaugural episode, entitled “How Queer Everything Is Today!”, Had one of its scenes released.
In it, Kate has a small tea party in a cemetery to celebrate the death of Catherine Hamilton-Kan and begins to outline her plans to try to get closer to her sister, Kate.

Kate Kane (Rose) never planned to be Gotham's new watchman. Three years after Batman mysteriously disappeared, Gotham is a city in despair. Without the Dark Knight, the Gotham City Police Department was invaded and disarmed by criminal gangs. To help her family and her city, she will have to become the only thing her father hates – a vigilante like Batman. With the help of her half sister, Mary (Kang), and the astute Luke Fox (Johnson), son of the guru of Wayius Enterprises, Kate Kane continues the legacy of her missing cousin, Bruce Wayne, as Batwoman. In a city desperate for a savior, she must first overcome her own demons before embracing the call to be Gotham's symbol of hope.
